Basic programming of the Tour Sans Fin allows for high use program (offices/meeting rooms) to be situated on the outer perimeter wall of the building, where the circulation also exists. Less used program, such as public spaces like theaters and gathering halls are located in the center spaces of the open floor. All primary structure is located on the outer perimeter wall for maximum space in the interior.
